Nancy Bullecks, co-owner and store manager has worked with her husband since N&B opened. She has ordered all accessories, handled most customer service aspects, and has kept the technicians in line for almost thirty years. Her motto? "If you need it, I can get it"

Bill Bullecks, co-owner and technician has worked next to his wife since 1976. He provides technical support and sales advice for our customers and is a Mercury Certified Technician.

Glenn Smires, our service manager, has been with our shop since 1977 and is a Mercury Certified Technician.

Matt Kocsak has also been with us since 2004 and started here as a store clerk. He is now Assistant Store Manager and full-time sales associate. He is the man to see about purchasing a new boat package!
